Meet Chef Pritam Panwar: The New Culinary Maestro at Get Your Menu

At Get Your Menu, we don't just think that food is about flavor—it's about memories, emotions, and experiences that stay with you way after the last morsel. And to make your celebrations even more unforgettable, we are thrilled to invite Chef Pritam Panwar, a passionate food artist whose culinary journey started way before he entered a professional kitchen.

From a Toddler in the Kitchen to a Visionary Chef

Most chefs find their calling when they are teenagers or even later in life. However, for Chef Pritam, it all started when he was hardly three years old. While other children played with cousins and toys, his favorite place was beside his mother in the kitchen. Enchanted by the way she rolled chapatis, he would roll tiny snakes of dough using the leftover atta—without realizing he was stepping into the culinary world for the first time.

Cooking was never simply a drudgery in his home—it was a family ritual. His mother's hospitality, his father's Sunday specials of rajma chawal for lunch and slow-cooked mutton or chicken curry for dinner, and those communal meals imprinted on him a strong passion for food. When he was six, he already knew what he would become when he grew up: a chef.

Making Dreams into a Career

Chef Pritam's childhood aspiration became a reality when he studied Hotel Management at The Hotel School, Delhi. Thereafter, he entered the professional world of cooking with his industrial training at Radisson Blu Marina, Delhi, where he tasted for the first time in his life the discipline, pressure, and creativity that characterize professional kitchens.

Over the years, Chef Pritam honed his skills with some of the world’s most renowned hospitality brands, including IHCL, Marriott International, and Radisson Hotel Group. Each stint added layers to his craft, sharpening not just his techniques but also his understanding of how food tells stories and creates connections.

A Blend of Tradition and Modernity

Although trained in international cuisines, Chef Pritam has a special love for both Italian cuisine and contemporary Indian flavors. He loves Italian food because of its simplicity—allowing quality ingredients to take center stage. But his patriotic soul always brings him back to the food of his homeland, where he modernizes age-old classics with his own twist.

Cooking, to him, isn't about recipes—it's about sharing passion, respecting heritage, and making soulful experiences. What he prepares is meant to evoke memories of home but surprise you at the same time with worldly flavors. Whether it's an expertly prepared Italian risotto or a retouched Indian favorite, each dish that comes from his hands is infused with his creed: food must touch the heart and soul.
