But serving only Lucknowi biryani at a Punjabi wedding is a dangerous game. Someone will absolutely ask, “Masala kidhar hai?”
Delhi people love judging Kolkata biryani until they try it properly.
The potato has become a full personality trait at this point. And somehow, it works. Light spices, soft meat and that signature aloo create a version guests keep going back for.
